Details you enter in the form

When you send an enquiry, we process your company name, your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use this data solely to reply to you and to discuss a possible cooperation with you.

The data is stored in our customer management system and remains on a server in the European Union. We do not sell it, do not pass it on to third parties for their own purposes and do not use it for advertising. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in communicating with interested companies.

We keep enquiries for up to two years from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship results from it — in that case, the retention period required by law for business records applies.

Visit measurement

For our own information, we record visits to the site. We do this without cookies and without external analytics services — measurement runs on our own server.

When a page is viewed, we record:

• the IP address from which the page was visited,
• the page viewed, the date and time,
• the type of device (computer, mobile phone, tablet),
• the domain you came from, if you followed a link,
• an irreversible hash value that distinguishes visitors from each other within a single day and becomes useless the following day.

We process the IP address on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing who is interested in our offer and in recognising unusual or automated traffic. We keep IP addresses for 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically; the visit record without the address is kept for another year and a half so that we can compare visits between periods.

To tell real visits from automated ones, we compare the address with publicly published lists of web crawler addresses (Google, Bing, OpenAI and similar) and look up the public reverse DNS record of that address. In doing so, the address is sent to a public DNS server that resolves the query — just as when any web page is opened. The result (for example “Googlebot” or the name of the network provider) is stored with the address and kept for as long as the address itself. Visits from recognised crawlers do not count towards visit statistics.

We do not link this data to your enquiry, we do not use it for advertising and we do not pass it on to third parties. If you do not want your visits to be recorded, write to us and we will exclude your address from recording.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or profiling and therefore does not need your consent for them. The visit recording described above works without cookies. A cookie may only be set in the closed part of the site, which is intended for our team and requires a login; it is strictly necessary for the login to work.

Your rights

• access to the data we hold about you,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure of data where there is no longer a basis for keeping it,
• restriction of processing and objection to processing,
• data portability in a machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at info@lunalabs.solutions. We reply within one month at the latest. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

Security

Traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted. Only our team has access to enquiry data; backups are encrypted and stored separately.
